better entreprenuers :- Men or women

This will be a never ending battle till the end of time.Entrepreneurship is a field which needs an array of skill sets. And when we examine gender-wise, each of them has their own plus and minus points.

What do you think, who can be better entrerprenuers?
 
Women meet the needs required of an entrepreneur in today's consumer driven world. Females just seem to have better perceptio, are more engaging and over all have better communication skills. Women are coming into their own because the way of marketing is changing, They might not be hard sellers like men but they have a great way to impress through a softer way of approaching which is much more invaluable in today's scene. Females are very good at adapting their approach personalising to an individual.

So, i think Women are better entreprenuers..
 
Both the genders have equal powers like women can manage well while men can decide well....it depends on using the skills effectively
 
I think there is still a discrimination towards men having more opportunities since lower participation by womens. I think in the software field which is well established in India, both the genders have equal opportunities, in the rest of the field I think there is uneven playing field between the two genders.
 
women are the better ones, and now women participation is coming up.. in near future they wil rule in all the industries...
 
I don't think so that any one is better from another one it all depend on out come how produce better some times where men can not give better result where women can give it's all depend on situation only
