hello frnds,
i have got a case study in which IT company undergoes economic loss.In meeting conducted hr manager suggest for lay off of workers as employers are more and projects are less.. this is 1 way to get out of the loss. But this can demotivat the workers so i want other best solution to get over loss..
plss need your help urgent..
 
Since the company is making loss, lay off 2 a certain percent is necessary.....May be minimum lay off.....With that reduction in pay for initial months. The current excellent employees given a task 2 train the other employees.. managers motivate their team to perform better 4 the employees themselves....

Scrutinize the employees again after motivation n training, n then go for lay off. this way the employees get to proove themslves 1s, n in the process the company can also benifit....
