Ten Central Oregon residents took the next step in their professional and educational careers on Saturday when they walked across the stage at Central Oregon Community College’s Hitchcock Auditorium to receive their master’s degrees in business administration.The students completed the two-year program through Portland-based Concordia University without ever leaving the High Desert.
