A flat charge of Rs40 per transaction, however the service is free for HNI customers.
Requests are served within 2hrs provided call is made between 8am and 6pm. All requests made after 6pm or on a non working day are served within 2hrs of the next working day. Customers have privilege to request for a specific for the transaction to take place
