PR with a twist. Get a break from handling big corporate and political honchos, and come manage a band! Think different, be the go-to guy for the bands in the music industry. Promotional videos, strategies, merchandising …. go all out!

Teams need to choose any one band from the following:
*Junkyard Groove
*Indian Ocean
*Pentagram
*Scribe
*Soulmate
*Demonic Resurrection
*Bhayanak Maut
*Advaita
*Tough on Tobacco
*Agnee
The task is to get familiarized with the band inside out i.e. information regarding the band’s genre, previous albums, the album launches, the previous PR strategies, their attitude both on and off stage, the fans ideas about the bands, as well as the critiques. This and any other information that might help the team.
The elimination round comprises of making a promotional video of the band
The promotional video would essentially be video made by the team depicting what the band is.
It could be anything from wild to crazy that aptly shows what the band stands for.
The crazier and wilder it is, the better.
The length of this video should be a maximum of 1 minute
The team has to submit the promotional video on the 9th of Feb, 11:30 am by mailing us the video/video link at [email protected]
The shortlisted teams will be mentioned on the website(madmafest.com) and the facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/MADMAFEST) on the 10th of Feb by 11:30 AM
The final round (11th Feb) sees the judges as a key to the venue the band will be playing at.
The task would be to convince the key to let them play at the venue assigned.
Additional points would be given for wild strategies which could include out of the box merchandising or any other album approach they want to take
