When u are a school going chap u always have a topper in the class & why only school ? go see any college or even at the university level. But for once have u thought about those back bencher's or those quite introvert people . I personally dont think that the people who are quite or the people who are within themselves are dumb n nor the people who those are mischief makers, its just the question of interest , they are least interested in the class. I've just given it a thought what may be the reason "WHY" ? Well i got my answer the very instance this question pop-up in my mind.
Since the moment u were put into ur KG u learnt to listen & repeat the things. u were never taught to explore the new possibilities.Father of the nation "The Mahatma" once said that u should be like a kid who's just learnt to walk, who has no fear , & u tend to learn when u fall or u hurt urself. Now that you've grown up u may ask it doesn't make any difference to me or at least it hasn't affected to me & i add to their statement Yeah "YET". But one should think that what is main root of this problem well u would surely get an answer urself its the Standard of Education that you get
. Now u may argue , as then how come we have so many scholars in many parts of India but i'm worried for those guys who are ignored they might turn out to be outstanding in the field they are interested. And if u want example i'll give one. You must have heard about Sir RIchards Branson Yes the "Virgin" guy. He has dyslexia but look at him now he's UK's one of the wealthiest person & he didn't even go to high school but this u may say is his luck or his sheer brilliance in Business but let me tell you it was his mother & teachers who supported him & believed in him , & that made him the youngest National Magazine editor at the age of 16 & later on made & broken many records. Well its all about what you are interested in how well your supported but in India Unfortunately we dont get that kind of support neither from their parents nor the teachers yes there are some people turning up n showing everyone but it needs to magnify may be one of the factors how India can get Developed by adopting broad thinking. We have so many examples in front of our eyes . Supporting & encouraging all those students is should be our motives is we are to achieve something
Don't Ever Underestimate the Backbenchers & introverts they might be the next Sir Richard Branson who knows ??
