Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University, Coimbatore announced admission for 4 years Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Pharm lateral entry and 2 year Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) programs for the academic session 2016.
Eligibility Criteria for Amrita University:
For B.Pharm Program:
Candidate should have minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2016.
Candidate should have passed in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. In place of Biology, Biotechnology or Computer science or Maths are also eligible.
For B.Pharm (lateral) Program:
Candidates should have minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2016.
Candidates should have passed in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. In place of Biology, Biotechnology or Computer science or Maths are also eligible and must have passed in Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
For M.Pharm Program: Candidate should have passed in B.Pharm degree from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) with atleast 50% marks for all the subjects of B.Pharm course from second year to fourth year. Preference will be given to GATE / GPAT qualified candidates.

Last date of registration: Wednesday, June 06, 2016.
Date of interview: Wednesday, June 15, 2016 and Thursday, June 16, 2016.
For M.Pharm Program:
Commencement of online registration: Monday, May 16, 2016.
Last date for registration: Monday, July 11, 2016.
Date of interview: Friday, July 15, 2016.
