i already ve history,development, employee details, facilities nd services provided by BEST
js wanted info n details on - PEST analysis, SWOT analysis nd current scenario relating to stats of revenue generated per day, total resources invested/ employed per passenger.

actually it'd be really great if you can talk to the conductor about the way he punches those tickets.
Some research into logistics of best buses, as to why there are 3 buses in a row and then there is a pause for few mins and again the buses are in a row. (if you've noticed)
BEST is supposedly the best managemed public transportation system in terms of logistics.
We did a little bit of research on this because we were trying ways to innovate the services.
Probably if you are really passionate about this project, then dwell into advertising in BEST buses and its viability.
Some students from welingkars who won the KJ somaiya's biz plan competition sponsored by us had chalked it out
