Failing to attach the file:
Sometimes we fail to attach a files that either of our clients need. Well, if it was casual then there it matters little but when we view the same from professional look its a serious mistakei.e. sending emails without an attachment (with a message of attachment being sent)

One may receive loads of mails from many, and its not neccessary that one must reply to all of them. Few may not even interested to receive your mail, hence mail only to the reader.
Mulitple Accounts:
Today you need multiple accounts for many reasons, and even if you use one inbox for a long time it will run with lots of spams.
Spell Check:
Most of the e-mail programs have spell checker will help you correct you wrong spellings.In an age when written communication by email is the way in which people form opinions about each other, it's more important than ever that you avoid obvious errors.
