the austerity measures of our leadrs s a big news.............is it wrth d effort?
does it affect the dyin farmer if mrs.sonia gandhi travels by cattle class or business class??????:SugarwareZ-079:
 
Austerity that's a joke...they spend more in their security while traveling by trains rather than business class.they r making fun of the indian citizens by claiming such absurd, bull shit, stupid, provocating ,idiotic ,foolish ##!#!#!#!# austerity shit,tell them to stay in their quarters that will be quite cool with people..if the really want to AUSTERIZE tell them to stop being such jerks & start thinking about the country rather than their vote banks..:thedevil::thedevil:
 
well i too consider it to be a big joke.....instead of targeting travelling expenses it would be wise to check on the leakage in this system.

anyway they can do all this as long as they dont show this drama in welfare expenses, in a developing country like india i feel government should spend to keep the economic activities going in rural areas.
 
I think austerity drive has now become matter of publicity and just another popularity stunt that too in election season. A strong reason behind this is that usually when leaders and politicians travel the country there was no huge media coverage but from the time when drama of austerity drive started why media covers those particular leaders who are using trains and economy class for traveling. This proves that it is not more than just an another publicity stunt and if our politicians really want to minimize expenses i request them to half the expenses of election campaigning and use that half money for development of their are whether they win or lose.
