The IIM Indore community comprising of faculty and students believe that management education is not only about producing good financiers, marketers and human resource specialists. Its purpose goes beyond this. The real objective of any management education should be to develop all round leaders capable of handling complex real world challenges in different spheres of life to give meaningful contribution to the society at large. With this objective in mind, Ashwamedha was designed to provide participants a platform for exhibiting their leadership qualities.
As our country progresses and we face new hurdles, it will be the responsibility of the new age professionals to provide participative and innovative leadership to guide people into new era of prosperity and growth. Ashwamedha is one small attempt by IIM Indore students to provide a platform, nurture the capabilities and honour the nation builders of tomorrow.
