Are corporates losing star performers via social networking sites??

I mean Now a dayz social networking sites are in full demand or say in more demand than any thing.
If a person does not like work culture or is dis satisfied with current job he would search for other option with help of social networking sites.


If the management does not rise up, not just the star performers also the ones that can be converted into stars shall go away.No monitoring can stop a dis-satisfied employee, from social networking.

Yes, I believe it is high time management realizes to nip the evil in the bud.It should take rigorous steps to keep its talent pool motivated and contended enough so that they do not intend to leave their current company.These social networking sites should be used to promote the culture of that company in a positive way by a satisfied employee rather than being used to find a better job.If still the management does not rise up, not just the star performers also the ones that can be converted into stars shall go away.No monitoring can stop a dis-satisfied employee, from social networking.
