Are call centres affecting the social life ?????

It can be said yes they are affecting as mostly the guys / girls who go to call centers come late and tired because of work pressure so, than they need their nap and when they wake up they find that there is very less time again to go for job and social life gets disturbed.

but there is work pressure, which you bear in every industry...there are timings problem...but again there are Pros & Cons in every industry...In terms of Perks...they are good...they too follow normal business practice....for giving breaks on Weekends...

So why is its affecting More ?????

I tink we should not blame the call center industry for the change in the social life.Call centres are different only in the sense they work in nights.Entire IT boom has contributed to the perks.Most IT employees are not able to interact with their children during weekdays.This is often talked about work-life balance.So its not restricted only to callcentres. IT has made all our life very fast and thereby we miss some important moments.We get more perks as a compensation for that.
 
ya Deepak, that's what even i have clarified, that work pressure is every where, which any one bear's in every industry, even in IT sectors. As you have clarified that, IT has made our life very fast but the busy schedule makes people loose some precious moment of their life than they are either in a call centers or any other area.
 
I think for many employed in the industry of call center, the daily life encounter is of repeated, extensive and traumatic work, which frequently effect employee health. Physical health may negatively influenced because of abnormal and sedentary working time and unsafe lifestyles.
