Hi Junta!
I hv a total of 4 yrs work exp in the Flash/e-learning domain. I hav got an interview offer from Adobe India (Bnglr) for the same domain. They need a person with 2-5 yrs exp. Can anyone pls tell me the interview pattern at Adobe. Any hint about the no. of rounds, type of questions, etc. will be at my advantage.
I hv heard that they hire the creame of the industry i.e. IITs, IIMs, etc. I'm not such an expert but still working with Adobe is like my long held dream. Can i make into the Adobe.
Anyone from this particular field (Flash / e-learning) will be a great help.
