We are assigned a project of organizational behavior by Col.Tafzil
Hussain to “Analyse the OB Practices in any Organization
with a view to recommend changes”
As organizational behavior subject is of great importance and
value for any organzation, this project enhanced our knoledge
not only theoretically but also practically that ho does the study
of organizational behavior help to analyse the individual,group
and organizational level. The element of recommendation has
