· When did you join teaching profession? Why did you choose to be a professor?
[/b]
I join teaching as a core profession four years before, earlier to it I am a visiting faculty to institutions. [/b]
My inspirations to join this as a profession are my teachers- who really had framed the part of my life learning’s have some very important and unique attributes. I don’t know how they make the complex task so easy. This is the very motivation that always stays in my mind. They presented their subjects in a way that caught my interest, clarified difficult topics and led me through complex areas, and put knowledge into practical context for relevance. These role models have influenced my approach to teaching.
· What about teaching at b-schools inspires you the most?
The most challenging place where you have a box full of questions and never ending discussions and learning’s.
· Which subjects do you teach? Which ones do you like the most?
I Teach subjects like marketing and HR. To go into details the core subjects are Marketing Management, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Marketing of Services… But my favorite goes to advertisement management.
· What is your teaching philosophy?
Teaching Philosophy ………… I must say that in every class I have something new to learn always may be it is in a form of some insights about corporate, or an question which I as an individual has never thought off or just a foolish relinquish comment . I always believe in that people by nature are inquisitive. Curiosity is embedded in every student the only thing which a teacher needs to do is to flourish it. I seek to facilitate this advancement of knowledge, through reasoned thought with lot of energy and enthuse to know things, are always added in my teaching modules and my chief goal is let my student be an eye opener for the society.
· Do you believe teaching should be more application based than theory? If yes, then how do you support it?
Ah the answer lies in the question itself. How many of us remember the class material taught where teacher came in deliver the lectures and we sleeping and she/ he went out.
I always believe in that the students always remember that part of the study which has practical shadow encompassing it. For the same I always try my level best to make my classes interesting with equal merge of theory and practicality. For the same I use modes like role plays, audio clips, colorful presentation slides, one word quiz between the lectures, the demo act between the groups, live cases, articles, newspaper clippings, some context of theory are also supported with movies like Munna Bhai MBBS, Taare Zameen Par, Goal, Baby Day Out etc.

My Gurus and my parents and my sister.
· What suggestions would you like to make in the course of MBA?
There always is a chance to improve. Trust me our country India also needs it. It’s never too late to start. LETS START WITH MBA-LETS START WITH BE ETHICAL.I think there needs to be a sessions in two years where atleast we can upgrade the level of the students towards the practices that they may undergo after MBA and the prospective behavior they should follow under the situation. May be you find it vague but conceptually we may try to work on it. We may introduce to have session on basic rights and procedures to work.
· As a faculty, what kind of projects do you expect students to work upon?
I have seen most of the students who tells me that I want to do MBA because I will get a good job where I have my own cabin and the team of people will be working under me.
I always appreciate that throughout the span of two years students should do small project works of 5-10 days where they should come out with the flair of mind that MBA doesnt mean that you will get a cabin and a seat immediately but it is only a step to reach there.

Specifically if i talk about marketing field the techniques used have been changed a sought off.
