Afraid of AI Replacing You? Read This Before You Decide

When I decided to start writing, the first and scariest thought that came into my mind was, what if after a few years I will become irrelevant as everyone starts using AI-generated content because it’s faster, free, and more accurate?

After spending time and learning with AI tools like ChatGPT, I realized that AI is not my enemy, but it could be my creative partner.
Here are the things that you should do to make AI your writing partner:

Things That Scare Me the Most:

I always felt that Al could write an article or blog better than me, with better flow, structure, and even more correct and accurate grammar, just like a client wants.

Because when I tested my writings on ChatGPT, I always got better flow and well-structured content, which made me feel doubtful and demotivated about my own writing.

Eventually, I just started the copy-pasting game for better readability. But soon, I realized I wasn’t learning anything — and deep down, I started feeling guilty about my writing journey.

At that time, I was really upset. I didn’t know what to do or what not to do.
My mind was full of doubts, and every single day, I felt like my writing career was dying.

Those first two months were hell. I couldn’t see any way forward.

Then one day, I was casually watching a video on YouTube—“AI“ vs. Humans.”
That’s when I heard something that stuck with me:

“Don’t look at AI as a competitor. See it as a senior or experienced writer.”

That one line changed everything.

From that moment, my perspective shifted. I stopped testing my writing against AI — and instead started using AI tools to analyze and learn from it.

I began noticing my shortcomings — grammar, flow, and tone — and slowly worked on them.
But the most important part?

I made sure that every article still carried my voice.

So, What Did I Actually Do?

· I started by searching for topics by myself, based on what’s trending or what I felt passionate about.

· To research topics, I read articles or blogs, then rewrote them in my own voice. I use AI tools like ChatGPT for better vocabularies and enhancement.

· With consistency, I learned to write a catchy title and provoking subheadings on my own.

· I used AI tools for better keywords and SEO (search engine optimization) for my articles.

When I turn back and look at myself, I realize that I am becoming a better writer. Whether it’s my topic selection, doing deep research, or writing a well-structured article or blog, I’m growing much more.
Things to understand:

Always remember, “AI is a pen, not a poet.”
Learning from AI tools is more beneficial than competing with them.

It’s obvious that AI can write far better and more engaging content, but what AI cannot do is infuse emotion into an article.

Emotion is a quality that comes from experience, which no AI tool can replicate. So, learn from AI, understand it, and implement it, but focus currently on your voice and language.

“Our intelligence is what makes us human, and AI is an extension of that quality.” –Yann LeCun
