Essence of the Session Topics:
Most companies tend to focus their resources and energies on product based innovation, while there are rich opportunities to find new points of differentiation by focusing on customers to gain insight and to innovate.
Rather than ask customers to be loyal its products and services, organizations need to ask if they are loyal to their customers:
• Are they aware of what matters most to their customers?
• Are they offering products and services their customers want?
• Are they offering relevant solutions to their needs?
• Are their organisations designed customer-in?
Most businesses in India have a Supply Side approach – they focus on their products rather than on their customers. The focus of this month’s session is to understand and explore the Demand Side and we have the following speakers who will facilitate this:
