The Common Law Admission Test Admit Cards for the 2014 examination are now available for download. The students need to visit the official website for downloading the CLAT 2014 Admit Cards. The candidate will have to log in to separate links with their Log in Account using their Username and Password to access their CLAT 2014 Admit Cards.


Candidate Kindly bring there printout of the admit card on the day of the examination i.e. May 11, 2014.

Exam Pattern for CLAT 2014

CLAT-2014 Question Paper for UG courses Multiple choice type questions as per the following scheme

  • Maximum Marks: 200
  • Duration of CLAT-2014: 02:00 Hours
  • Total Number of Questions: 200
  • Negative makring 0.25 Mark on every wrong answer.

Subject with weightage
  • English including Comprehension: 40 Marks
  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 50 Marks
  • Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability): 20 Marks
  • Legal Aptitude: 50 Marks
  • Logical Reasoning: 40 Marks

CLAT-2014 Question Paper for PG courses shall have the following pattern:

  • Maximum Marks: 150
  • Duration of CLAT-2014: 02:00 Hours
  • Long Essay Type Descriptive Questions: 100 Mark
  • Multiple-Choice Questions: 50 Marks (50 questions of 1 mark each)
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 Mark/wrong answer to MCQ
  • The long essay type contains 4 questions and 25 marks each pertaining to subject areas such as constitutional Law and Jurisprudence.
  • The Multiple-Choice Questions covers all subjects except Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence prescribed by BCI for Under-Graduate Courses
