Q1. Did you have a panel to interview you?
Ans: No I did not have a panel to interview me. Basically I gave a three round interview. First interview took place through phone which was with the HR person then second round was face to face with the marketing head and the final round was with the CEO of the company.
Q2. What were the questions asked to you in all the rounds?
Ans: HR round was mainly about my internships and projects and how they were relevant to the company. And little was asked about me and my skills. Management round was more about marketing, brand activations in India and other technical Stuff. The last round with the CEO wherein he asked me about the department I was looking for and how will I be contributing towards the company progress
Q3. Which was the most difficult question to answer?
Ans: For me I did not have any difficult in answering the questions
Q4. Was the interview stressful?
Ans: No it was not stressful to me.
Q5. Where are you going to get placed?
Ans: I am getting placed in Delhi
Q6. How was the experience?
Ans: The experience was good. People were too cooperative and understanding. I never knew giving interviews could be fun
Q7. Would you like to give some tips to students who would go into your profile?
Ans: My tips would be from my first interview would be:
1. Know the company well in terms of what do they do, competitors,marketshare, clients
2. Be clear what you want from the company, which department you want to work and why
3. Last and most important Be confident in whatever you say and never ever lie ..
