The bonds between mothers and children were stronger then they are now. In those days mothers had strong influences in their children's lives. Being at home women enjoyed the privileges of watching their children blossom and bloom into fine young men and women.

What women refused to acknowledge is that when they seek employment outside of the home, they are really engaged in doing multiple tasks, because on their return home from work, they still have to perform certain tasks as mothers. To some, this can be extremely stressful, since they have to share whatever little time they have at the end of the day with their spouses and children, yet find time to prepare for their jobs the next day.

So is it really that womens place is at home or they can do what they seek for...

Definitely a NO.It boils down to individual level. There is no rule book which states tht women has to stay @ home or go to work. If the family is able to manage with husband earning then it is not necessary for women to go to work.If the expenses are more than the earnings there some the issue of managing and easy way is to move the housewive to office. If the mother is gng to office there eventually arises some positives and negatives. One of the major hurdle when the child is born. Mother has to toggle b/w office and home. Some win in this bt most of women are not able to play two acts. They struggle.

IN TODAYS SCNARIEO A WOMEN CN MANAGE TO DO ANYTHING,NOT ONLY AT HOME BUT IN OUTSIDE WORID ALSO:SugarwareZ-165::SugarwareZ-165:

Definitely not. Women are definitely taking on a larger role than they did previously in the workplace. There are heaps of career focused women out there and good on them for taking the effort.

Work should be based on merit and not on your gender.

21st century woman are in essence an all-rounder. She can be a housewife, a working-professional, actively be a part of her social life, be a regular to gym/games club, etc. And the best part is that her family and her own self are satisfied and happy. The reason behind such kind of achievement is she knows how to balance between home and outside home. She can bring up her children as a soft-natured, loving mother and yet be a strong, strict manager at work. She is multi-faceted. So definitely woman's place is not just her home.

it seems that children of particularly thise of young age are increasingly looked after grand parents in order to accomadate the working wife.

This shift I believe will gradually become more pronounced with time reflecting a general shift in society.

Even with this 'check' in place nothing can it equate to a mother being at home. Im sure most women would agree, no it is not. That said if this course where to have detrimental effect on the lady of the house then would it not affect the children?

At the end of the day I believe it is an individuals choice, with parents no doubt arriving at a conclusion that is best for their children for a given set of circumstances.

No ways. This is 21st century. and woman are coming up at par with men. I may not be wrong to say that woman' are more successful then men.
