100 mks PROJECT: QUESTIONNAIRE HELP!!

I am preparing my HR research project for a placement consultancy on a certain target group (a certain group of professionals), to know how they get placed in different sectors, their scope after retirement, and their different career prospects. For eg: Aviation, Security orgs., Engineering, Hotel Industry, etc. I just want to know how to prepare a questionnaire on this. I have searched the net before but there are no such questionnaires. I am clueless as the topic is very vast.

Please help me. I have to prepare this report draft soon. This is my 100mks project, this is very urgent. Thanks.
