    Govt. plan to bring down legal age for marriage for boys to 18? Justified?

    Few months back, read in a nespaper, that govt. is planning to bring down the legal age for boys from 21 to meager 18. so what do u think would be the consequences, do u think its fair? Should it be brought down??
