MBA intially became a popular field because everybody wanted to be at mangerial post with high earning salary but with the increase in no. of students going for MBA it has just come down to a degree next to BA. For being a real MBA one should have right goals and aims to justify the degree .

The present system is needed to be changed because the practical knowledge of real world comes from experience and not by just mugging the notes .
