    Which is better- Doing MBA as fresher Or with Work Experience

    I feel that certain profiles like Investment banking and analytics, need no experience. And also the fresher people think without constraints and are very fast and dynamic. Most people use MBA to change their current working field.So work experience in number of years only does not have any meaning.
