Do you support kapil sibal's idea of introducing grading system in 12th??? would it be effective in decreasing the pressure off the students? or will it create extra burden? having to give extra admission tests, since there would be no cut-offs to rely upon???? what's your take??

M&A can create value..... they are delicate situations.... when proper care in not taken , they tend to destroy the share holder's value..........so every aspect of the business should be taken into view when going for an M&A...........
