i have just passed my T.Y with more than 50% but hve got 1 atkt ...does good institutes like welingkar allow atkt students even aftr clearing them or they jst look 4 cet marks??also i hve gt 80 in ssc n only 49 in hsc..does previous records hold value during selection??pls help
