ya personal life shud always be kept away from professional life.....every1 has some frustrations,disappointments,anger,hatred,jealousy amongst peers etc...in either personal or professional life...... "sometimes when we start running after bitter thoughts...we miss out on the sweeter one's."

Some ppl go for sex change as they just do not feel right abt the discrepancy between their body and soul. And they want to go further so they can feel complete. As long as they are aware of what they are doing, what is involved and the consequences it should be fine.
