The major concern would be loss of voice due to disturbance in voice based gd. In a live gd decorum is maintained b'coz all people are visible and have to adhere to the gd panel. The same cannot be done in online gd, because everybody would want to make they point so probably many would speak at...

I got your point but i dont see users keeping a track of say a 3 week old post for timing and date at it doesnt make sense. Though what can be doen if say 10 ppl are in for the same on this thread than the change shall be done on that day.
