Well syllabus-wise SNAP is similar to CAT, however, it is easier than CAT. So, you could same the same material for the individual chapters, however, focus on SNAP using the sample papers uploaded on the forum.
SNAP has GK too, kindly remember.

Well there can be no guarantee as to how much material should suffice.... But do check out the preparatory material of the coaching institutes like TIME/IMS/CL and also the latest mock test papers offered by them.
That should give you a fair idea.... IIFT / FMS are almost on the same lines as...
