i completely agree wid u nick.. the selection shall be done on one and only one basis...and that is MERIT.. the companies cannot be so sexually biased.. HR field as a career is very fruitful, with respect to the long term perspective and only those..who have the determination in the first place...

hey guys... i am vivek rungta from hyderabad i have cleared my ca foundation as well as my ca inter now i am plannin to write cat this year'06. i am very keen on cracking cat this year and making it into a gud b school and i look forward to get some useful stuff here.
