boarding school is good.. but only after a certain age.. sending a kid to a boarding at a very earlier age would spoil the relationship between the parents and the child.. on the other hand the child could get quite responsible.. there are both advantages and disadvantages..

according to me it doesnt matter.. people who are addicted arent gonna leave it.. and u cant blame the tobacco co. people are employed there and they earn for their living.. its upto the smokers..

yes educational background is also required but more than that personal experience and skills are needed.. both are required for a successful career..
