well ppl i wd suggest that atleast work for a year or 6-8 mnths bfor u do an MBA.. it wd really be gr8 and give u a better understanding of d things u learn.. d value u can add will be more 2 urself n believe me d ppl who hv wrk ex perform better thn freshers at any mba inst..
