hey.....wat i feel due to this slowdown....companies are moving towards saving more and thus going for serving pink slips to employees so its relli difficult to think tht companies wud cme for campus placement .....however nw the situation will change nw as market is again doing gud.hoping gud...

i think both r important......hard work in any case is important but if thts mixed with smart work thn one can do fab job......
