Gambling is addictive .People do get addicted to gambling, even so Banning it isn't a silver bullet.Banning would decrease gambling among the non-addictive and future addicts, but the one who is an addict would find some back-room illegal gambling dens.

More Private Universities sounds good but there should be more government checking of these universities and to grade them more thoroughly so students don't just go with the word of mouth when choosing where to study.
