it depends from organization to organization...if suppose a office is filled with majority of male employee and few female, then female employee will be given full attention and best treatment from all other male employees....

Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS LUCK... it is very much crucial but one should not entirely DEPEND on luck only, as we do research on succesful people we will come to know that 80% HARD WRK N 20% LUCK is der in most of the cases.... bt yes luck factor is imporant.....!!!!!
