It shouldnt be absoloutely mandatory , sure I get the practical aspect of it but most students dont really work while they study , unless ofc theyre in financial need or just too extra-curricular , most graduate without work exp and it's not right to make them wait 2-3 years to get the required...

Work Experience Matters a Lot.... It makes u Practically strong about the aspects u r going to learn theoretically about the Subjects...
