women/men has their own edge in being managers.. men are known for their strategic/tactical planning.. while women are know for their patience/industriousness
MBA would be a nice addition to one's credentials.. but missing that masteral degree would not prevent one from being successful as long as he/she can persevere in his/her field..
a simple formula:
inborn talent + less education = successful
average talent + great education = successful
not all of us can be bill gates/ steve jobs.. thats for a fact.. we can aspire to be like them but if we know ourselves that we lack the talent to perform at their level then we need that...
i play both video games and sports.. they signify a different growth advantage.. sports develop more of ur physical skills.. will video games develop more of one's wits..
This might be to vague to be answered but for my perception, english skills should be attained as a basic knowledge.. however, not all jobs really require being fluent in english as long as u can deliver what u want to say.. thats why i will beg to disagree if english skills will really compose...
they should let the children decide their careers.. that way they would be more motivated to reach their dream/passion.. but of course proper guidance should still be present..
