I think it depends on your planned career path. If you want to go into consulting, I would recommend MBA. Otherwise, CA would prep you for a Chief Controller's position. Besides these two choices, why not try a CFA?

I think it depends on the cultural context and the degree of the age gap. I used to study in Singapore, and I think that even though society espouses libertarian values, and will agree that it is fine for a guy to be with an older women, such couples with age gaps more than 3 years of age...
