Hiiiiiiiii...... In my opinion indian management is good because its a mixture of both ,facts & technique.Our indian manager have solution for everything.

In my opinion entreprenures r born, they caanot be made...... The famous B-school can only explore the qualites ,which r present in them.So the objective of b-school should be managers & explore their qualities....

Hey...... I think both (Hardwork & Smartwork) are necessary.In field of management u must have the traits of convencing,satisfying as well as able to achieve the objectives.It require both Smartwork as well as Hardwork.
