thanks alot for the reply.. and u know this was the question given as an example inclass by the teacher, and nowhere did she mention the term "IMHO Analysis on work culture ". so now i know what to search for.

we have to go to an organisation ask ppl some questions and note done their replies. eg: what do u mean by entertainment? now the ans will differ but we have to find some link between them. as they r frm the same organisation their thought will have somethin in common this has to be creatively...
