i agree dat it is vry essential 2 have gd's...bt wot if there cmes a language barrier b/w them..nd wot if in a grup of 10..3 doesnot even noe a word of english or the commn language of that state or country..i wud say gd's are necessary bt it shud not be the only way of final judgement..means...
