What change should education bring into human beings?

Education is necessary for everyone and it decides your attitudes and well being. It is necessary for your employment, income and social status. Education is the result of many positive outcomes in life like your change in you attitude, behavior, better health.
 
firstly that we are human beings not machines
and whatever education is getting absorbed is for well being of other human beings by bringing a smile :)
