Corruption. yes, it's dirty and all, but what drives it? need. Necessity. due to a lot of bureaucratic BS, the legal channels are clogged and slow. So what happens when you need goods or services quickly? Corruption. It;s faster, more efficient and is supposed to be discreet. What's your take?
