Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Support: Provide expert support for SAP FICO modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FICO, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in SAP FICO AMS support, with a strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and integration points
- SAP Certification: SAP certification in FICO module is an advantage
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, ABAP, and relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP)
