- Performance monitoring and tuning across the whole stack - backend, web and mobile

This role goes beyond feature delivery. You'll play a part in DevOps, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and shaping best practices as we scale. You’ll have freedom to contribute wherever your strengths shine.
Who we're looking for:
- You write clean, well-tested, TypeScript code across frontend and backend.
- You have strong React / Next.js / React Native skills and experience with Node.js / Express / MongoDB.
- You know your way around architectural decisions, not just implementation details.
- You care about developer experience: testing, CI/CD, observability, and clean code.
- You take ownership and see things through — no matter what.
- You communicate clearly in professional English and thrive in remote collaboration.

- Web: React / Next.js, TypeScript, React Query, TailwindCSS, Ant Design
- Mobile: React Native, Expo, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, InversifyJS, MongoDB/Mongoose
- Testing: Jest, Cypress, MSW, Detox, supertest
