Help me on Job Classifications and categories

I have a group Presentation regarding Airline Industries and my section would be regarding current Job Classifications and categories. Can somebody kindly help me with some ideas and examples for this section. so far what i have planned is to talk about the available jobs in the air line industry such as pilot, air hostess etc and then talk about what are the required qualifications for such position. But honestly im when thinking of where to start from.
